Full Refund Within 30 Days
For all digital products including music albums and Boot Protocol packages, you have 30 days from purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked.
What we need:
- Your order confirmation email or transaction ID
- The email address used for purchase
- Brief reason for refund (helps us improve, but not required)
What happens:
- Contact us via email (see below)
- We process your refund within 1 business day
- Funds return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Subscription Services (AI Receptionist)
Pro-Rated Refunds
For monthly subscription services like AI Receptionist:
- Cancel anytime - No commitment, no penalties
- Current month refund - If you cancel within 7 days of billing, we'll refund the unused portion
- After 7 days - Service continues until end of billing period, no renewal
Custom Services (Websites, Custom Songs)
Milestone-Based Refunds
For custom work like websites and custom songs:
- Before work starts - 100% refund
- After initial draft/mockup - 50% refund if unsatisfied
- After final delivery - Revisions included, refund at our discretion
How to Request a Refund
What's NOT Covered
- Refunds after 30 days for digital products (contact us anyway - we're flexible)
- Chargebacks filed without contacting us first (please reach out directly)
- Custom work completed to specification (but we'll work with you on revisions)
