The 3 Steps

Go to workspace: consciousnessrevolution.io/workspace.html
Grab a task: Pick from TODO column, click "Claim"
Do the work: When done, click "Complete"

That's it. Everything else is optional.

Q: Where do I start?

A: Bookmark consciousnessrevolution.io/workspace.html and start there every day. It's your desk. Everything you need is on that page.

Q: Do I need to install anything?

A: No. The workspace runs in your browser. No git, no npm, no install. If you want to do advanced coding, you can clone the repo later.

Q: How do I know what to work on?

A: Look at the TODO column on the workspace page. Pick a task that interests you. Click "Claim" and it moves to your DOING column.

Q: What if I get stuck on a task?

A: Click "Unclaim" to put it back in TODO. Then post in team chat asking for help. Or text Commander: 406-580-3779

Q: How do I talk to the team?

A: Use the Team Chat section at the bottom of the workspace page. Type your message and hit Send. Everyone sees it.

Q: Can I suggest new tasks or ideas?

A: Yes! Post your idea in team chat first. If the team agrees, someone will add it to the TODO board.

Q: What's Pattern Theory?

A: It's the framework we use to build everything. You'll learn it as you work. The 8-part pattern applies to all systems: Mission, Structure, Resources, Operations, Governance, Defense, Communication, Adaptation.

Q: What if someone else is working on the same task?

A: They claimed it first - it's in their DOING column with their name on it. Pick a different task from TODO, or ask in chat if you can collaborate.

Q: Where's the GitHub repo?

Unclaim if you're stuck or blocked

No dumb questions. Team chat exists for a reason. Help others when they ask. We rise together.
