This is a commitment, not a signup form. Read these 8 principles. If you agree, sign below. If you don't — no hard feelings, this might not be the right fit.

Be a Builder, Not a Destroyer
Create value, don't tear others down. Solve problems, don't create them. If you're here to criticize without contributing, this isn't for you.

Be Honest
Even when it's uncomfortable. Especially when it's uncomfortable. We can't fix what we can't see.

Communicate
If you're stuck, say so. If you're out, say so. Silence is worse than bad news. We'd rather know you can't do something than wonder where you went.

Own Your Work
Take credit AND responsibility. When something goes well, celebrate it. When something breaks, own it and fix it.

Help Others
The goal is collective success. When someone new shows up, help them. When someone's struggling, support them. We rise together.

Protect the Mission
Don't leak, don't sabotage, don't manipulate. If you have concerns, bring them up directly. We handle problems internally, not publicly.

What You Build Here, Lives Here
Your contributions become part of something bigger. You get permanent credit — every commit, every fix tracked with your name in the XP system. When this platform generates revenue, the people who built it share in it. Don't fork the repo to compete. Don't launch products under our name without team agreement.

Earn Everything
Nobody buys their way to influence here. Reputation is earned through work — code, bugs, content, community help. The system tracks who built what, permanently and transparently. Early builders get recognized first.
